Once you inquire, we’ll pick a date and start dreaming up a session that feels like your family! A signed contract and $25 retainer officially reserve your session date. After that, you’ll receive access to your client portal along with a short questionnaire so I can start getting to know your family, your personalities, and the kind of moments you want to remember most.
This part is one of my favorites because it helps me walk into your session already feeling connected to you instead of like strangers meeting for the first time!

Step 2: Prep Made Simple
Family sessions are relaxed, movement-based, and gently guided from start to finish. I’ll prompt and direct you the entire time so you’re never left wondering what to do, but I also leave room for real interaction and genuine moments to unfold naturally.
Some kids are shy. Some are wild. Some need snack breaks halfway through. All of that is normal. The goal isn’t perfectly posed photos every second. It’s creating images that actually feel like your family in this season.
Step 3: Session Day (yay!)
After your session, you’ll receive an edited online gallery of hand-curated images filled with connection, personality, and the moments you’ll want to remember years from now.
All high-resolution digital downloads are included with your session, making it easy to save, share, and print your images however you'd like. Your gallery also includes access to professional-quality prints, framed artwork, and albums directly through my print lab. I always encourage printing your photos whenever you can because these moments deserve more than staying hidden on a phone camera roll.
